Abstract: 目的探讨在静脉输液过程中出现橡胶微粒的原因及相关因素.方法采用了一次性12号针头(斜面针)和9号针头(斜面针)采用不同的穿刺方法,即直刺与斜刺,进行综合分析.观察哪种方法可减少橡胶微粒的产生.结果一次性9号针(斜面针)与一次性12号针(斜面针)直刺与斜刺比较,P<0.01,有高度显著性差异,说明斜面进针法较垂直进针法显著减少了橡胶微粒的产生;一次性9号针头(斜面针)与一次性12号针(斜面针)相比较,P<0.01,有高度显著性差异,说明一次性9号针头一次性12号针头显著减少了橡胶微粒的产生.结论一次性9号~12号针头(斜面针)很锋利,其针径为900μm~1200μm,直刺时容易对像胶塞造成切割,使橡胶微粒增多,斜角进针,可减少橡胶微粒的产生.
