Abstract: 以对苯二甲酰氯、己二酰氯和丁二胺为单体,通过低温溶液法制备半芳香族共聚酰胺PA4T/46,利用红外光谱与核磁共振氢谱表征了PA4T/46的结构.采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)、热重-质谱(TG-MS)和热重-红外(TG-FTIR)研究了PA4T/46的热降解过程.结果表明,PA4T/46具备良好的热稳定性,其热降解反应主要以酰胺键及其相邻化学键的断裂为主,降解产物主要为烯烃、环戊酮、五元氮杂环、腈、苯及其衍生物和小分子气体如NH3、H2O、CO、CO2等,并提出了惰性环境下PA4T/46的热降解机理.
