Study on electrochemical performance of benzoxazine-based N-doped mesoporous carbon materials

Abstract: 为了制备高比电容、高稳定性的超级电容器电极材料,以己二胺、腰果酚、多聚甲醛为原料合成了苯并噁嗪前驱体(C-BOZ),利用介孔硅基分子筛(SBA-15)为模板剂,制备了氮掺杂有序介孔碳材料(NCC).分别考察了C-BOZ与SBA-15质量比为1:0.6、1:0.8、1:1时对电化学性能的影响,并通过N2等温吸脱附、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的形貌结构及元素组成进行表征分析.结果表明:当C-BOZ与SBA-15质量比为1:0.8时,比表面积高达1432 m2·g-1,所制备碳材料成功复刻出SBA-15的孔道形貌结构,电流密度为0.5 A·g-1时比电容高达464 F·g-1,经过6000次循环充放电仍然保持初始比容量的97.7%,具有良好的循环稳定性.
