Abstract: DNA水凝胶是DNA分子链在水溶液中交联形成的三维网状结构,是生物技术及新材料领域的研究新热点.由于DNA分子卓越的特异性与可设计性,利用DNA分子形成具有拓扑结构的DNA水凝胶在实现水凝胶可设计性的同时也能具有智能响应性,在药物运输、生物传感等领域展现出广泛的用途,但该凝胶的制备仍然面临成本高昂及成胶效率低下等问题.滚环扩增技术作为一种新型的酶介导等温扩增方式,极大地节省了合成成本,同时也为单链DNA的有效扩增提供了新的方法,将凝胶的制备变得方便快捷,并且在此基础上赋予其独特的性质.本综述主要介绍了近年来基于滚环扩增制备的新型DNA水凝胶,并对其设计理念、形成机理、优势与难点进行讨论.
