Abstract: Previous researches have shown that the space environment could induce side effects in cardiovascular system and may led to space motion sickness and orthostatic intolerance after a long-term space mission. In this paper, the research progresses of the side effects to the various cardiac cells including cardiomyocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells in space environment(weightlessness, space radiation, hypomagnetic field)were reviewed. The cellular mechanisms and molecular mechanism of space environment induced cardiovascular deconditioning were summarized. In addition, the obstacles and countermeasures faced in future researches were pointed out to provide new insights for further studies.
