Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation training in medical institutions and in family in the treatment of children with autism. Methods A total of 120 children with autism in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60). The children in the control group were trained in rehabilitation of conventional medical institutions, and the children in the study group were trained in rehabilitation of medical institutions and in family. The behavioral examination scale(ABC)score and the autism treatment evaluation scale(ATEC)scores of children in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment, the scores of the ABC scales and ATEC scales in both of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the ABC and ATEC scales in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of medical rehabilitation training and family rehabilitation training for children with autism can effectively reduce the ABC scale and ATEC scale scores of children and improve the therapeutic effect on children.
