Abstract: Objective:To shorten the D-to-B time of patients with acute STEMI undergoing PCI and improve the success rate of rescue. Methods:Quality control circle was set up to intervene the D-to-B time of STEMI patients undergoing PCI. The D-to-B time before and after the implementation of quality control circle was compared. The rate of D-to-B time reaching the standard within 90 minutes before and after the implementation of quality control circle was compared too. Results: The average D-to-B time of emergency PCI in patients with acute STEMI was only 69.09 minutes after the implementation of quality control circle, which was significantly lower than 121.13 minutes before the implementation of quality control circle(P<0.001). After the implementation of quality control circle, the D-to-B time of patients with acute STEMI undergoing PCI reached 87.04% within 90 minutes, significantly higher than 47.37% before the implementation of quality control circle(P<0.001). Conclusion: Scientific management of D-to-B time in emergency PCI of acute STEMI patients by quality control circle can reduce D-to-B time, improve the rate of D-to-B time reaching the standard within 90 minutes, and effectively promote the prognosis of patients.
