Abstract: The theory of innovation ecosystem regards corporations and society as the integrated and constantly adjusted dynamic system.From the angle of methodology,it considers both the microcosmic perspective of corporation’s innovation strategies and the macro external perspective of inclusive growth.This paper studies four different green residence enterprises to analyze corporations’ inclusive innovation strategy by innovation ecosystem.The research shows that the corporation can understand innovation ecosystem by three levels which are utilitarian,extensive utilitarian and antiutilitarian.In this way,the corporation’s ecospace of inclusive innovation is defined from three dimensions,namely corporate profitability,stakeholder management and enterprise social responsibility.The corporation should choose an appropriate strategy of inclusive innovation by considering enterprise scale,industrial characteristics and especially its position in the ecospace of inclusive innovation.
