Abstract: This paper analyzes the Russian strategic considerations on the questions resulting from the Iranian nuclear program such as geopolitical situation, fighting against separatism and maintaining the economic interests. The Six- party Talks are mechanism to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue. China- Russia cooperation on the Iranian nuclear issue embodies the deepening China- Russia strategic partnership of coordination. Successful solving the Iranian nuclear issue will bring significant influence on the Middle East geopolitical and geo- economic,even regional structure. The United States, Russia,and forces of Islam interweave and will open game in the Middle East for a long time.
