Abstract: Getting through China- Europe pathway laterally,and the pathway from Russia and the EU to Iran, the Persian Gulf, and India, is key to the transportation integration in Central Asia. China advances policy communication, linked traffic network, unblocked trade, unimpeded currency circulation, and common public sentiments between the Silk Road Economic Belt and Central Asia, which will inevitably receive welcome from the Central Asian peoples. However,China also needs to pay attention to the complexity of regional geopolitics, backwardness of traffic network,and limitation of policy communications, thus preventing from investment risks in advance.
