Abstract: A case of dyskeratosis congenita complicated by squamous cell carcinoma on the face is reported. A 25-year-old male presented with the typical triad of dyskeratosis congenital, characterized by reticulated skin hyperpigmentation, nail dystrophy, and oral leukoplakia. Other abnormalities included thinning hair, dental caries, conjunctival congestion, difficult urination and anemia, and squamous cell carcinoma on the face.
