Abstract: Taking ten Guangxi vocational education groups as research object, including Guangxi tea industry vocational education group, through the empirical research on the vocational education group diversified school-running models, the paper analyzes its special characteristic experience and educational practice, preliminarily verify the problems, such as operating mechanism, connection of secondary and higher vocational education and benefit sharing. The paper finally propose that to speed up the construction of Guangxi modern vocational education system, actively carry out vocational education group diversified school-running model, group member reciprocity motivation mechanism must be established, in collaborative push the connection of secondary and higher vocational education, increase the promotion and publicity, promote vocational education group, such as social service ability.
