Abstract: Affected by the trend of democracy and science in the May 4th Movement, the work focus of Chinese Vocational Education Society is gradually shifted from urban industry and commerce to rural areas gradually, it has proposed tentative ideas of “taking system plans”, “making zoning systems”, “teaching on zoning”and “great vocational education doctrine” successively, which has been promoted in the rural improved test area. The valuable experience accumulated in the process of exploration is a precious theoretical wealth for us to develop rural vocational education today.
