Abstract: The structural characteristics and processing difficulties of thin -walled bearings are analyzed, and some im-provement measures are proposed.Taking grinding process for outer ring of a certain type of thin -walled deep groove ball bearing as an example,in view of oversized flatness of ring end face and outer diameter circular deviation, the e-quipment is replaced and various machining adjustment methods are taken. The machining difficulties are solved for thin -walled ring, and the accuracy requirements of process are met.
