Abstract: 为了解决某电源车发动机过热问题,从优化空间布置的角度出发,综合考虑散热部件结构对系统阻力和风量的影响,通过整体结构优化、一体式焊接、气侧通道结构优化等降低系统阻力的措施,提出了对冷却系统进行改进的解决方案,改进后的散热器的整体厚度变小.经过试验,发动机过热问题得到了解决并实现了210kW电力功率的输出,比设计要求值提高了5%,说明解决方案有效.
