Abstract: Iran is a pivotal regional power in the Middle East. Its constant growth in such a complicated and dangerous environment is closely related to its unique logic of diplomatic behavior. The sense of national pride and people’s tragic consciousness intertwine together,constituting Iran’s national character. Its international strategic view is sequence progression: pursuing independence,becoming a regional power and seeking to change the international order. Its diplomatic style has characteristics include third-party diplomacy,packaging national interests into ideology and businessman style. Due to its unique political culture,foreign strategy and policy tactics,Iran can live through tough environments smoothly and maintain its growth trend.
