Abstract: The paper introduces the present status of safety production management of the locomotive depot, analyzes the necessity of constructing the dispatching control system for safety production, and elaborates the construction goal, the main functions and the construction contents. Since the system has been put into services, it can improve greatly the working efifciency of the depot and provide a guarantee for train operation safety.
