Abstract: Professor Song in the paper named “three hypotheses of vigorously developing rural vocational education”, inductives“three hypotheses”as premises about vigorously developing rural vocational education, by analyzing the policy documents and some paper author views, then dneying all three hypotheses by using the survey datd in the central province counties (cities), gets a judgement“developing the rural vocational education is a false topic”. This paper believes that professor Song’s analysis and judgment exist logical omissions and deficiencies, and developing rural vocational education is a true but not a false topic.
