Abstract: Restricted by Railway Subgrade and construction site conditions,the trestle bridge that strides over the both sides of railway foundation of Pingxi railway for coal transportation in Xiaozhuang coal mine adopted manual hole digging piles,1. 2m wide and 14. 6m long,to replace the independent expansion foundation under the columns that are 4. 5m in depth and 4. 2m × 4. 2m in bottom faces. The characteristic value of bearing capacity of pile foundation is of 6410 KN that meets the demand( ≥4230KN) of characteristic value of bearing capacity of trestle single column.
