Abstract: The definition of the key components’ bandwidth is always based on engineering experience during advanced development of vehicle air-conditioner. The balance of the cost reduction and the good performance is the key issue during the development. In this paper a mathematical model of multi-target optimization has been developed to finalize the bandwidth setting. A robust bandwidth value could be theoretically optimized by simple mathematical inputs, meanwhile several engineering cases has been introduced to verify the accuracy.
