Abstract: 针对航空、航海等重要场合应用的高精度圆柱人字齿轮,提出对小轮齿面采用四次抛物线式三维修形,并以三次B样条曲线拟合包括修形和误差的精确齿面模型.综合考虑传动误差激励和啮入冲击力激励,建立滚动轴承支撑人字齿轮副啮合型弯-扭-轴耦合十二自由度振动模型,实例分析了齿面修形对人字齿轮齿间振动内激励因素的影响.选取承载传动误差波动幅值、啮入冲击力幅值以及轮齿啮合振动加速度均方根值作为多目标动力学优化函数;利用改进的自适应遗传算法对修形设计参数进行优化.结果表明:修形前后啮合线方向轮齿相对振动加速度均方根值降幅为20.42%,取得了较好的减振降噪效果.搭建封闭功率流式人字齿轮振动测试试验台,采用海德汉圆光栅对修形前后人字齿轮啮合线向振动加速度进行测量,理论计算与试验测量基本趋势保持一致,最大误差不超过14.5%.
