Abstract: 基于细长杆纵振理论和薄圆盘振动理论,针对超声变幅杆与杯型工具开展一体化设计研究.通过分析各段的振动模态,将超声变幅杆和杯型工具的振动分为“纵-弯-纵”三个部分,分别建立三段位移和应力函数及边界条件,推导得出超声变幅杆和杯型工具的总体频率方程.根据得到的总体频率方程,设计出典型的超声变幅杆和杯型工具.对所设计的超声变幅杆和杯型工具的振动性能进行有限元分析和试验测试,分析和试验结果表明,超声变幅杆和杯型工具谐振频率的设计结果和有限元分析及测试结果的误差均在10%以内,验证了所建立的超声变幅杆和杯型工具的频率方程的正确性,并分析了各段长度和半径对超声变幅杆和杯型工具谐振频率的影响规律,为其谐振频率的修正提供了依据.
