Abstract: High vocational education in China has already stepped into the post-demonstration period, now placing the period of transition from scale and quantity to inherit and quality, from homogenization to characteristic. For the new strategic theme on inherit, quality and characteristic development, it need focus on the key point of high vocational education inherit development, actively adapt new common state of economic transition and industry upgrading, effectively response to the new question in the process of constructing modern vocational education system, correctively cope with some relations, promote a new great-leap-forward development of high education inherit and co-build the vocational education dream with Chinese characteristics and the world level if we want to really realize transition and upgrading of high vocational education in China.
