Vulvar apocrine hidrocystoma: a case report

Abstract: A case of vulvar apocrine hidrocystoma is reported. A-42-old-year woman presented with a solitary flesh colored dome-shaped nodule on her left labia minora for about two years. Histopathological examination showed a cyst in the dermis.The cyst walls were composed of columnar cells in the inner layer, and of discontinuously distributed myoepithelial cells in the outer layer. Apocrine secretion was evident. The diagnosis of vulval apocrine hidrocystoma was made.
