Abstract: A good organizational atmosphere plays a positive role in promoting the implied knowledge sharing behavior of employees. Through the survey on staff of a public institution, with 343 valid questionnaires, the paper uses SPSS11.5 software to inspect the relationship between five dimensions of the organizational atmosphere such as fairness, trust, innovation, interpersonal relation and competition and the implied knowledge sharing of employees. The results show that there exists the relationship between different dimensions of organizational atmosphere and implied knowledge sharing, and to some extent, the stand or fall of organizational atmosphere can predict the extent of the implied knowledge sharing.
