Abstract: 采用X射线荧光光谱法对矿石中铀、钼、汞3个元素同时测定,以康普顿散射线内标法和经验系数法校正元素基体效应.研究结果表明:铀、钼、汞的方法检出限分别为1.73、0.63、1.42 μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=12)均小于5.0%;用本法测定标准物质,结果与认定值吻合;测定未知样品,结果与化学分析基本一致.该方法无须化学前处理、测量结果可靠,可满足地质矿石样品中铀钼汞的分析要求.
