Abstract: 介绍了微小型簧片式柔性转子发动机的样机结构及工作原理.基于发动机工作过程热力学模型获得理想工况性能特性,并对发动机性能影响因素进行了定性与定量分析,得到了发动机点工况性能指标.结果表明:单缸排量为1.77 cm3、设计转速为3 000 r/min时的理想工况下发动机单缸输出功率为81.4 W,指示效率为24.38%,传热能量损失占到输入总能量的18.34%;在0.02 mm2漏气面积下,漏气造成的功率损失为理想工况输出功率的32.4%;燃烧持续时间与点火角度的合理匹配可以提高发动机性能指标.
