Abstract: The Autumn Sub-forum of the Second International BBS of Production-education Integration Development Strategy, with “serving innovation, dedicating to entrepreneurship” as the theme, addressed the duty and mission of applied technology university. The core viewpoints communicated in the forum can be briefly summarized as the following 3 aspects. Firstly,to carry out the creative education, is the core for local undergraduate colleges to transform and develop, build modern vocational education system, and cultivate applied talents. Secondly, for achieving the reform of innovative and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to build innovative and entrepreneurship education system, cultivate undergraduates’ innovative and entrepreneurship consciousness, adopt innovative and entrepreneurship education into the applied talents training process. Thirdly, to train applied talents with innovative spirit, it is necessary to be based on deep college-enterprise cooperation, promote production-education depth integration, to achieve a win-win result on development.
