Abstract: The fusion of education and industry refer to connecting the vocational education with the industry, sharing the responsibility of training technical skilled talents by the dual-subject of both higher vocational colleges and industry and enterprises, as well as improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and enterprises production efficiency. Currently, there are many difficulties in training technical skilled talents under the background of the fusion of education and industry, such as inadequate guaranteeing policy system, lack of enterprises’ main role of involving developing talents, the immature ability of higher vocational colleges’ serving the industry and the enterprises and so on. Here are some paths to promote the training of technical skilled talents from levels of macro, meso and micro, like improving the system of organizational management and policy, exploring multiple cooperative education model between government, enterprise, guild and college, building “three levels” practice teaching system with enterprise and so forth.
