Abstract: A high-rise office building in Guangdong. the total height of the building nearly 200 meters, and contains two equipment and refuge floors. The air-conditioning design considering only summer cooling, using water-cooled air-condition system. Contrary to construction conditions and air-conditioning system water pressure distribution characteristics, its air-condition water system is divided into two zones for high and low. The two systems changed with ware-water plate heat exchanger.
