Abstract: 在模拟航空发动机火焰筒冷却孔相对压降条件下,采用动态法对火焰筒发散冷却模型试验件换热系数进行了测量,并介绍了其试验设备、试验原理及试验过程.通过测量三种单层发散冷却板及与之相配的双层壁发散冷却火焰筒模型试验件的换热系数,得出了主次流相对静压降、冲击高度、开孔率对火焰筒发散冷却性能的影响规律.试验结果同时证实,双层壁发散冷却结构在提高火焰筒冷却性能上具有一定优势.
