Abstract: 动力涡轮盘作为燃气轮机的关键部件,其结构较为复杂,且承受着复杂的热载荷及机械载荷,在局部区域有可能出现较大的应力,从而导致各种失效故障为保证其正常可靠工作,在盘体设计时首先要满足静强度要求.基于有限元法计算涡轮盘组件在最大载荷状态下的应力分布,分析了热载荷、机械载荷及螺栓预紧力对轮盘应力的影响,为涡轮盘组件的改进提供了理论依据.
