Abstract: This paper applies the main points of the systematic theory, the contradiction theory and the stakeholder theory to explore the connotation development of higher vocational colleges, and analyzes some effective methods to realize the connotation development goal: the reform of school-running mode is based on the Vocational Education Group; the training mode reform takes the curriculum construction as the core; the reform of the teaching mode revolves around serving students and the reform of the evaluation mode focuses on school evaluation.
