Abstract: The fluid-solid coupled heat transfer model for the negative pressure EGR valve consisting of valve body and its fluid inside was established with CFD method and the conjugate heat transfer simulation between fluid and solid structure was conducted.The results of simulation and experiment show that the designed cooling passage in upper valve is beneficial to improve the heat exchange of valve body and can meet well the working temperature requirements of sealing ring and other accessories in upper valve.
