Abstract: The school-enterprise cooperation mode in cultivating young teachers has been popularized in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai for years. But it is found through the survey that in school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating young teachers, higher vocational colleges in Shanghai paid more attention just in "modality" but not "connotation"; young teachers also paid insufficient attention; and the enterprises provide limited support for the development of ability and quality of young teachers. To improve the effects of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivating young teachers, it is necessary to firstly help young teachers to understand the nature of higher vocational education correctly and set up correct professional orientation, adopt task-driving training method, and establish related mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation mode in cultivating young teachers.
