Abstract: 基于问题的学习(PBL)模式具有良好教学效果,是一种能够适应当前医学模式转变的教学方法.通过将PBL教学模式应用于内科学的教学实践,对该教学模式所涉及的教学准备、实施及效果等问题进行了初步探讨,并对当前PBL模式应用于内科学教学所存在的问题做了深入的分析.教学实践证明,将PBL教学法应用到内科学的教学过程中,可以克服传统教学的缺点,既能提高学生的学习兴趣,又能培养学生的综合能力和科研素质,取得了理想的教学效果.
