The Effect and Revelation of Milk Price Fall on Dairy Industry in Xinjiang

Abstract: The main reason of the price of raw milk in Xinjiang declined continuous was the fall and unsalable in industrial milk powder price. The milk price of Northern Xinjiang declined higher than Southern Xinjiang because of the milk powder business products are mainly concentrated in the Northern Xinjiang. This study introduced the effect of the fall in milk price on dairy farming, dairy processing industry and dairy market of Xinjiang. Furthermore, the anti-risk factors on the dairy industry in Xinjiang were analyzed. Finally the countermeasure and suggestion to deal with the fall in milk price was presented out according to the physical truth of the dairy industry in Xinjiang.
