Abstract: The accuracy of LKJ basic data is crucial for ensuring train operation safety. So it is an important issue to guaranty the accuracy of LKJ basic data and implement the effective veriifcation before putting the LKJ into services. The paper introduces a device for realizing data dynamic verification without affecting testing personal to operate normally before putting into services, ifnding out problems existed in LKJ basic data and ensuring the accuracy of LKJ basic data. The device adopts technologies of wireless communication, CAN communication and LKJ2000 monitoring, and it carries out the same operation with cab monitoring device under the real running speed of trains and the signal aspect and indication.
