Abstract: The paper mainly introduces the schemes for improving and implementing the transmission system and the dispatching communication system in Xi'an trafifc controller's ofifce. Based on the crucial location and functions of the ofifce, as well as issues and businesses existed in the transmission system and dispatching communication system at present, it puts forward the signiifcance of optimizing and integrating the systems and proposes the concrete schemes to the design and implementation.
