Abstract: According to characteristics of the signaling system deployment process, taking the Six Sigma quality control and improvement ideas into account and abandoning the pursuit of irrational concern on few defect during deployment, this paper describes the process of deployment quality control and methods of defect data collection based on signaling system deployment process clariifcation, and proposes the reasonable quality evaluation and monitoring methods with gradual improvement suggestion to signaling system deployment.
