Abstract: Combined with the mandates and business characteristics, using the core idea of principal component analysis(PCA),from four dimensions such as the working environment and salary management, human resources quality, human resources training and development and human resources utilization efficiency, the paper constructs the overall framework of the performance audit of human resources of the branches of the People’s Bank of China including 4 layers and 15 indicators. The paper makes the comprehensive evaluation on the overall situation of the performance management of human resources of a branch of PBC from 2003 to 2012 in order to make some explorations and trials on the innovation and development of the performance audit of human resources of PBC.
