Abstract: On the basis of the survey data of the financial service demand of 210 micro and small enterprises in Shangluo city, the paper analyzes the production and operation condition and the credit demand characteristics of micro and small enterprises, and makes an empirical test on the credit demand of micro and small enterprises by using Logit model. The results show that the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of loans of micro and small enterprises are credit rating, overall operating conditions, purpose, the free capital ratio, and operation scale etc., while the enterprise features, sectors and the professional financing team have little influence. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures for easing the difficulties in financing of micro and small enterprises from three aspects such as improving enterprises’ own quality, optimizing the financial resources allocation and improving the financing environment.
