Abstract: Chinese migration network has obvious core-periphery structure characteristics, and shows the influence of the traditional gravitational factors such as economic and population size、geographic location on migration. 2- mode network type analysis based on migration networks and professional groups shows there exists a dominant occupation in the area with more population immigration, rather than occupation types tend to equilibrium distribution. In addition, high clustering feature is observed in migration in labor-intensive industries such as infrastructure industry, transport and service industry, migration in agriculture related industry shows increasing decentralized feature, while migration of the leading cadres, researchers and enterprise staff always maintains low clustering feature. Under the background of new urbanization,we need to develop a balanced fiscal system in order to endow middle and small regions with sufficient ability and power to develop their own characteristics,in developed areas stable career could be set as one of the conditions for settled policy, and the establishment of liquidity support system for the middle class works.
