Abstract: From the serious dislocation of college career guidance and market demand and employment guiding philosophy of the international development trend, China should establish university career guidance system taking modern career development theory as the basis, employment capacity development as the core, student career development as the purpose, and human resources match as a key. In this system, it should strive to solve three problems: First, from the perspective of university employment Ability Construction of market demand for human resources market response mechanism; second, student career development for the purpose Construction of Career Guidance Mode "academic-employment-occupation" positive interaction mechanism; the third is complete and perfect adjustment of economic structure, higher education reform, government employment guidance services functions as well as market-oriented employment service institution-building and other related measures.
