Abstract: The employment guidance is an important work in secondary vocational schools. It is not only related to the students' first career choice, but also to be the starting point of the career planning, which affects their lifelong career development. This paper is based on the investigation of the employment guidance of a vocational school in Shanghai. To solve the common problems in the survey of the current situation, we put forward the implementation strategy of employment guidance in the secondary vocational school. And we also make a positive and effective practice scheme which has a certain reference to improve the employment guidance work level for the other secondary vocational schools.
