Abstract: The construction of provincial modern vocational education system is still in the pilot exploration stage, most of the provinces promote the construction of modern vocational education system from the perspectives of enrollment system reform, establishing convergence system, establishment of professional and curriculum articulation system, etc. The achievements and problems coexist, which needs to carry on from the three aspects of goal and logicality, structure and logicality, and quality and logicality. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the four dimensions of the concept, research, framework and system are generated in the form of the modern vocational education system.
