Abstract: Higher Education has boosted the Palestinian nationalism by educating new generation of leaders,mobilizing the people in the occupied territories and helping to preserve and maintain the Palestinian national identity.Lots of human resources have been educated for the future Palestine state by the higher education and the education level of women has been improved too.The problems of the higher education in Palestine are as follows,no enough university space for youth,the imbalance of human arts and sciences,shortage in vocational and technical education,mismatch with the local economic.The setbacks of Palestinian nation-state building have put the higher education in the plight of unstable political environment and fund shortage.
