Abstract: In view of severe surface cracking during rolling SPHC,the causes of defects are analyzed in detail by using analytical tools microstructure,scanning electron microscopy. The result shows that manganese and sulfur are the main influencing factor,thus corresponding improvement measures are developed,and good effect are achieved.
