Abstract: The orthogonal experiment Is designed according to the four factor and the three levels. The sintering technology quality index at different levels is studied by carrying out sintering cup test,studying sinter tumbler index and- 10 mm grain size change,and thus the Malaysia ore proportioning,process parameters and operation parameters of the sintering process are proposed. The test results show that adding Malaysia ore would have a negative effect on the sinter tumbler index and grain size in the designed material conditions.
