Abstract: “Three rural” issue has been a focus of attention by Chinese government. In recent years, to promote the smooth transfer of rural labor force, the government has introduced a number of targeted training policies. Based on field visits to various provinces and cities, data of the evaluation of rural labor towards transfer training policy of the government has been collected in the form of a questionnaire. The study found that there is a gap between objectives and actual results of government training program, failed to meet the practical needs of rural labor transfer. The government’s training policies are not yet perfect, thus, it is imperative to enhance feedback mechanisms, effectively implement training policy and help rural labor force transfer smoothly, so as to provide a new way of thinking, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.
